What has your time at Biola taught you?
To put it into just a few words: flexible obedience. Honestly, I think I'm still learning about that! I came into college with limited direction and left with a completely different vision for my life. I learned to live in the moment and soak in what God was teaching me, even if I didn't quite know what the next step would look like.
What advice would you give to your incoming students?
Dive in and try new things! God uses so many things to cause us to grow, so why limit your possibilities? I think we should strive to put ourselves out there and see where He will take us!
What was your favorite class in college? Why?
My favorite class was The Book of John with Professor Williams. He is brilliant, and he really knows how to inspire you by teaching in a way that demands personal growth.
Who has had the greatest influence on your life?
My mom, hands down. She is a passionate woman of God, my favorite chick-flick companion, and quick to encourage me to trust God completely. I hope that I am half the woman she is!
