The Admissions Staff at Biola University understands that making that very important decision of where to attend college is an exciting time, yet prayerful commitment – we're here to help! Come by our office on Wednesday, May 1, where you can submit your deposits (Enrollment $300/Housing $250 – one check, money order or cash), go on a tour of the dorms, and have a relaxing meal in the cafeteria – on us!!

Housing and enrollment deposits can also be submitted online with a bank card from the comfort of your home. Please bring a copy of your receipt if you would like to get your student ID while on campus.

Dorm tours will leave promptly at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm. Please come to the Admissions Office, which is located in Metzger Hall. There you can submit your deposit(s) and pick up your meal passes. The dorm tours will leave from Metzger Hall as well.

If paying by cash or check

Please combine your Enrollment Deposit and/or Housing deposit on one check, and make it out to Biola University. You will be able to pay both your Enrollment Deposit and Housing Deposit simultaneously at our event when paying by cash, money order, or check, and begin the process reserving a dorm room.

If paying by credit card

You may pay by credit card at the event Dining, Dorms and Deposits, however it is our suggestion that you pay your Enrollment Deposit by April 24, which allows for plenty of time for the Enrollment Deposit to be processed and grant you access to MyBiola.edu. If you plan to pay by credit card at Dining, Dorms and Depositis, you cannot pay the Enrollment Deposit and the Housing Deposit at once. The reason being that it can take up to 3-4 business days to process your Enrollment Deposit by credit card, which will then give you access to MyBiola.edu where you can create a personal account, submit your Housing Application and your Housing Deposit (these details can also be found on the What's Next webpage). Consequently, during your May 1 visit with the Dining, Dorms, and Deposits, you are welcome to submit your Enrollment Deposit with a credit card, however, you must then pay your Housing Deposit with cash, check, or money order because our system will not have created a MyBiola.edu account for you yet. If you prefer, 3-4 days prior to May 1 you can submit your Enrollment Deposit with a credit card online from the comfort of your own home, and then submit your Housing Deposit during the Dining, Dorms and Deposit event.
